Born and raised in the Canary Islands, I was lucky to study, travel and live around the world for several years: USA, UK, Colombia, Jamaica, among others. However, I have always known that I would return home, to my paradise, Fuerteventura.

I've worked mainly in the international business and tourism industry, including 2 years of experience as the Fuerteventura Representative at the Spanish Tourism Office in London. 

Passionate about hiking, nature, volcanology, culture and the history of my ancestors, my dream was to combine them all, thus Vulcano Trekking was born. Always aiming to improve, I'm qualified in First Aid in Nature and Hiking techniques.

As an expert in Sustainable Tourism and PhD student in Tourism at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, my mission is to show the wonders and treasures of Fuerteventura to anyone willing to know and explore it; always in harmony and with respect for the environment, the local community and its culture.
